Grace received her Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Speech Language Pathology from Arizona State University. She completed post graduate work in Severe and Profound Communication Disorders from the University of South Carolina. She is a certified instructor for the Hanen Programs for Parents.

Pamela received her Master of Speech-Language Pathology degree from Université Laval, in Quebec City, as well as a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology. In addition, Pamela completed her Ph.D. in experimental medicine (on children language development) at Université Laval. She is a member of the Canadian Association of Speech-Language Pathologists and Audiologists and the BC Association of Speech-Language Pathologists and Audiologists. She is registered by the College of Speech and Hearing Health Professionals of British Columbia and by the Ordre des Orthophonistes et Audiologistes du Québec.
